This is our newest amazing-food-find. They sell dinosaur-sized goose eggs (they contain about the same amount as 4 large chicken eggs) at our farm store, so we decided we should try them.
Discovery 1: They are hard to break.Discovery 2: The yokes are huge and orange.
Discovery 3: Their massive size makes them awkward to cook.
BUT, Discovery 4: they are DELICIOUS.
Consensus? Goose eggs are AMAZING!
